Why clients choose DABEX
Searching alone for a plot, a house or an apartment in Cameroon takes time and carries risks: fake owners, plots sold twice, unclear documents, prices that change after the visit. Our role is to remove that stress.
We know the neighbourhoods of Yaoundé, from Bastos and Golf to Odza, Biyem-Assi, Mendong, Nkoabang and the growing outskirts such as Nomayos and Mbankomo, as well as Douala and Kribi. We visit the properties we publish, we state their document status clearly and we work with notaries for every sale. Our clients are families buying their first plot, investors looking for rental income, companies looking for offices and members of the diaspora preparing their return.
Our activities
- Real estate: sale and rental of land, houses, villas, apartments, buildings and guest houses, and help for owners who want to sell or rent out.
- Import & export: used vehicles from Europe and the USA, and genuine spare parts.
- Daba Foundation: our philanthropic arm, fighting severe acute malnutrition in children.
Yaoundé and Berlin
Our head office is at Marché Mendong in Yaoundé, where clients are welcome by appointment. Our office in Berlin, Germany, is the contact point for Cameroonians living in Europe who want to buy, build or invest at home without travelling for every step.
